This is where our professional team closely alongside business owners and managers to help with the improvement and efficiency of operations. It normally includes identifying, addressing, and overcoming any obstacles that may arise with the business and working to fix those obstacles in order to meet the company’s goals. We are available to execute the roles of corporate officers, life management, human resources and managing corporate social responsibilities. Other examples of the services we offer are reviewing policies, conducting community needs assessment and program development.

Cancellation Policy
At Adonis Blue Social Services, we are committed to delivering professional, ethical, and client-centered services in a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. Our policies are designed to promote clear communication, protect client confidentiality, and ensure the efficient delivery of services to all individuals and organizations we serve. By scheduling appointments, accessing our website, or engaging in any of our services, clients acknowledge and agree to the following terms and policies. When an appointment is booked, dedicated time is reserved exclusively for the client. To maintain fairness and accommodate all scheduled clients, cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of JMD $4,000. Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may also be considered a no-show and may incur the applicable fee. Repeated missed appointments may affect future booking eligibility. Clients are encouraged to attend all sessions on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions in order to avoid delays for other scheduled appointments. If a client is more than 15 minutes late without communication, the appointment may be cancelled at the discretion of management. For virtual appointments, clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, access to the required technology, and a private, distraction-free environment suitable for confidential discussions. Payment for services is required prior to or immediately following each session unless otherwise agreed in writing. All completed sessions and services are non-refundable. Any requests for refunds related to prepaid services will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by management. Confidentiality and privacy remain a priority at Adonis Blue Social Services. All client information, records, and session discussions are treated with strict confidentiality and managed in accordance with professional, ethical, and applicable legal standards. Information will only be disclosed where required by law, court order, or where there is a concern regarding the safety of the client or others. Clients are expected to engage respectfully and maintain appropriate communication with all staff, contractors, and representatives of the organization.
